A 41-year-old woman, who had been missing for four days, was found dead in her home where she lived alone in the Sarıyer district of Istanbul.
Olay, Sarıyer İstinye Mahallesi'nde meydana geldi. Edinilen bilgilere göre, daireden yayılan kötü kokulardan şüphelenen komşular durumu hemen yetkililere bildirdi. İhbar üzerine adrese polis, sağlık ve itfaiye ekipleri sevk edildi. Daireye camdan giren itfaiye ekipleri, 41 yaşındaki kadının cansız bedeniyle karşılaştı.
Evde yapılan ilk incelemelerde bir not ile birlikte yaklaşık 15 adet boş ilaç kutusu bulundu. Kadının kesin ölüm sebebi yapılacak otopsinin ardından netlik kazanacak. Polisin olayla ilgili başlattığı tahkikat devam ediyor.

The incident occurred in the İstinye neighborhood of Sarıyer. According to reports, neighbors who noticed a foul odor coming from the apartment reported the situation to the authorities. Police, medical, and firefighter teams were dispatched to the address. Firefighters entered the apartment through a window and discovered the woman's body.
During the initial investigation inside the residence, police found a note alongside approximately 15 empty medication boxes. The exact cause of death will be determined following an autopsy. A police investigation into the incident is ongoing.
